The 2006 Christmas Raffle
The Christmas Raffle was drawn during the Staff Review on 14th December. Mr Roy Page, hot off the stage and whilst still in make up, announced the top four prize winners:
The remaining 18 winning tickets were drawn during the interval. Prizes included a lovely picnic hamper, driving lesson vouchers, boxed CD sets, and a picture. Many thanks indeed to those parents who donated prizes. Raffle ticket sales raised just over £2500 this year, which will go towards our commitments to projects in the school. The hardworking boys of 7AB were awarded a large box of chocolates for
selling the largest number of tickets in year 7. 8 IW and 9K won the prizes
for years 8 & 9. Many thanks indeed to Mr Balaam, Mr Wilson, Ms Kanji, Mr
Cowburn and, of course, to Matron for all their help with this year’s
Christmas Raffle.
